Guardian Field Services, Inc. was established in the Northeast with a clear mission: deliver professional, compliant, and reliable property inspection and field services to the institutional clients who depend on accurate field data to manage risk and protect assets.
From the beginning, we focused exclusively on institutional clients — mortgage servicers, insurance carriers, and asset management companies. That focus shaped everything: our inspection protocols, our reporting formats, our turnaround standards, and the expertise we require of every field professional in our network.
